Cancellation, Billing & Refund Policy

All memberships and recurring services require a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice for cancellation. It is the patient’s responsibility to formally cancel their membership if they no longer wish to continue services.

Failure to cancel will result in continued monthly billing. No refunds will be issued for any charges already incurred, including but not limited to membership fees, recurring charges, or services billed prior to or during the cancellation notice period.

By enrolling, the patient acknowledges and agrees that all charges are non-refundable once processed.
