At Livewell Passport, we believe that informed patients make empowered decisions. Whether you’re navigating insurance-covered primary care or exploring advanced treatments like peptides, we’ll guide you every step of the way. Below are some of the most common questions about how our process works—so you can feel confident before you even walk through the door.
Yes—Livewell Passport blends Primary Care meets Wellness. That means we can serve as your primary care provider while also offering advanced therapies, hormone optimization, weight management, and more.
Yes—many of our primary care services are covered by insurance. Some wellness services, advanced therapies, or specialized programs may be self-pay. We’ll always review pricing upfront, so there are no surprises on your journey.
We offer both. Our physical locations are here for those who prefer face-to-face visits, while our secure telehealth platform makes it easy to connect from anywhere—perfect for frequent travelers or busy schedules.
We currently have physical locations in Midlothian, Virginia and Inlet Beach, Florida, with new destinations opening in the near future. We do see sick patients for many common concerns, but we are not an urgent care center. If you’re unsure whether to visit us or an ER/urgent care, our team can help you decide.
Functional Medicine is a patient-centered approach that looks deeper than symptoms to find the root causes of illness. It combines advanced diagnostic testing with personalized lifestyle, nutrition, and medical interventions—helping you achieve lasting wellness, not just quick fixes
A health coach is your personal guide on the journey toward better health. They help you set goals, stay motivated, and make sustainable lifestyle changes—whether it’s improving nutrition, reducing stress, or building healthy routines. At Livewell Passport, our health coaches work closely with your medical provider to ensure your wellness plan stays on course.
Yes—we offer comprehensive care for both men and women. That includes hormone optimization, support for peri-menopause and menopause, and treatment plans for issues such as low testosterone or energy imbalances.
Absolutely. We provide annual physicals, sports physicals, and other required exams for work, school, and travel. Same-day appointments may be available, especially if you’re traveling and need quick clearance.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that can support healing, muscle recovery, fat loss, and more. GLP-1 medications are a class of treatments that help regulate blood sugar and support weight loss. Like any therapy, they may have side effects, which your provider will review in detail before beginning treatment.
We do. Whether you want to look and feel your best for a big event or embark on a long-term health transformation, we create customized programs—including wedding wellness, weight loss, and overall health optimization—to fit your timeline and goals.
