Pricing questions

Prices are for cash-pay services and may change. Program prices do not include insurance copays or deductibles for insurance-billed services. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for the individual patient and are not FDA approved. See our cancellation and billing policy.

Do you take insurance?

Yes. Many of our primary care services are covered by insurance, and we can bill your plan for eligible labs. Weight loss, hormone and wellness programs are cash-pay, and we review every price with you upfront.

Does my weight loss price go up as my dose increases?

No. Our medical weight loss programs are one flat monthly price at every dose.

What’s the difference between the two lab options?

The $295 option uses your insurance’s annual lab coverage for the blood work and covers your provider’s full evaluation. The $395 option includes our 160+ biomarker panel, so no insurance is needed for the labs.

Are the medications FDA approved?

Some programs use medications prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for you. Compounded medications are not FDA approved. Your provider explains your options, including FDA-approved brand-name medications, before you start.

How do memberships and cancellations work?

Memberships and programs bill monthly. They require 30 days’ notice to cancel, and charges are non-refundable once processed. See our cancellation and billing policy for details.

What is the member storefront?

An online store for supplements and wellness products, available only to patients enrolled in a weight loss, hormone or membership program. Sign in through your member account to browse.
