Primary Square is an exciting new health and wellness platform coming online in early 2027. Livewell Passport’s clinics and providers are proud to be founding partners.
What is Primary Square?
Primary Square is a healthcare marketplace: a gathering place that connects members, licensed providers, clinics and wellness services on one safe, secure platform. The name carries the idea twice: primary care, magnified, and the town square, a central place with the community built around it.
For members, Primary Square brings your health records together into your own Health Story and produces a clear Health Summary you can share with any provider you choose. For providers and clinics, it is a place to be found, to grow and to deliver care with the full picture in hand.
Primary Square is the platform, not the provider. Medical care is always delivered by licensed providers like ours. Technology is the multiplier, never the practitioner.
